Since this is an intermediate class between Women’s Bikini Model and Women’s Sport Model\, proper muscle development is also a subject of judging. Even if muscle development is insufficient\, it will be evaluated sufficiently by improving stage direction\, posing\, walking\, and expressiveness. The key element of this category is to express modern beauty while retaining the classic traditional culture of each country. This includes hairstyles. \nBodysuits\, which are the prescribed stage costumes\, are important for highlighting the beauty of a woman’s figure\, her health\, the proper development of the muscles in her lower body\, shoulders\, and back\, and for highlighting her stage performances involving walking. The muscle mass ratio is the same as in the bikini class. The ideal ratio is 4-4.5 for the upper body and 5.5-6 for the lower body. \n【Dress Code】– Monokini (any brand or manufacturer) in black– A bodysuit that looks like a one-piece from the front and a bikini from the back– Heels less than 13cm \n\n\n\n—————————————- \nWomen’s Bikini Model\nThe Bikini Model category is NOT a beauty pageant or modelling contest. Competitors are judged upon their overall shape\, poise and beauty appropriate to a Bikini Model. Unlike the Sports Model\, the Bikini Model is softer in the body\, voluptuous and rounder in shape than a Sports Model. However\, a toned body is to be maintained. The Bikini Model athlete must also be photogenic\, marketable and a visual representation of fitness ideal for WFF. The athlete competing in Bikini Model is usually an athlete who is looking at competing at a WFF entry level and progressing to Sports Model and eventually into the Figure category. However\, there will be many athletes who will want to remain as a Bikini Model due to its focus on poise\, beauty and femininity. \n\n\n\n\n—————————————- \nWomen’s Classique Figure / Women’s Figure\nWhen assessing a women’s figure physique\, a Judge should follow a routine procedure similar to the criteria set out in the Men’s Bodybuilding criteria. This will allow a comprehensive assessment of the physique as a whole. \nFor Women’s Figure\, the emphasis is on the following: \n• Feminine shape and proportion. \n• ‘Trained’ look with low body fat levels. \n• Not carrying development or definition to an extreme that could be class as unfeminine. \nDuring the anatomical stands the Judge should first look at the primary muscle group being displayed\, the Judge should then survey the whole physique\, starting from the head\, and looking at every part of the physique in a downward sequence beginning with general impressions and looking for muscular bulk balance development\, muscular density and definition. \nThe downward survey should take in the head\, neck\, shoulders\, chest\, all of the arms muscles\, front of the trunk for pectorals\, pec-delt tie-in\, abdominals\, waist thighs\, legs\, calves and feet. The same procedure for back stands will also take in the upper and lower trapezius\, teres and infraspinatus\, erector spinae\, the gluteus group\, the leg quads group\, the leg hamstring group at the back of the thighs\, calves and feet. \nA detailed assessment of the various muscle groups should be made during the comparisons\, at which time it helps the judge to compare muscle shape\, density\, and definition while still bearing in mind the competitor’s overall balanced development. The comparisons of the compulsory poses cannot be over-emphasized as these comparisons will help the Judge to decide which competitor has the superior physique from the standpoint of muscular development whilst still feminine\, proportioned\, muscular definition and having a ‘trained’ look. \n** Attention to all participating athletes of Women’s Classique Figure category and Women’s Figure category\, kindly email your 60 seconds background music for your posting routine to wffmalaysia@hotmail.com and please indicate your name as the subject in your email. Thank you. ** \n** Please take note that there is NO PRO-Card for Women’s Classiqur Figure / Women’s Figure over 55 years old ** \nRefer to the table below for the criteria for this 5 categories: \n\n\n\n\n\n** Attention to all participating athletes of Women’s Bikini Model category\, Women’s Classique Figure category and Women’s Figure category\, close-door judging will be conducted for these three categories on the actual competition day (29 November 2026 at 12:00 pm)\, all athletes are required to dress up according to its standard attire (2-Piece Bikini and / or High Heels). \n** all participating athletes of the above categories will have to report at 10:00 am @ The Platform Performing Arts Theatre\, Menara KEN TTDI ** \n \n** Special Announcement: Attires for Women’s Bikini Model\, Women’s Classique Figure and Women’s Figure categories: \nAlthough Malaysia is a secular state\, it has a multicultural society with strong religious and cultural influences\, particularly from Islam\, which is the official religion. In respect to the people\, culture and religion of Malaysia\, women are prohibited to wear sexily / underdressed in public. Taking this factor into consideration and to avoid any inconvenience caused during the competition\, with the consent form WFF INTERNATIONAL\, close-door judging will be conducted at 12:00 pm without any audience. \n\n\n—————————————- \nWomen’s Sports Model\nThe total package of an athlete for the Women’s Sports Model Class includes a high athletic level of development that is balanced and symmetrical\, excellent skin condition and tone and has the ability to present confidence\, poise and grace. Judging criteria will be for a Sports Model figure and not “physique” or “trained” figure. Excessive muscularity and vascularity\, high muscular definition and/or extreme diet leanness will not be considered acceptable. Competitors will be assessed as to the level of overall tone\, achieved through athletic endeavours. Athletes should have light muscle definition\, especially in the mid-section and into the arms and shoulders\, but this should not extend to a chiselled six-pack. This category is ideal for athletes who have been training for over 12 months and have a well-toned physique and a slight amount of muscularity. Judges will be looking for a fit and shapely body\, emphasizes on femininity\, confidence and poise. The winner must be photogenic\, marketable and epitomise the ideal fitness industry representative. \n\n\n\n\n—————————————- \nMen’s Sports Model\nAthletes will be judged on their masculine style\, marketability and stage presence. Male Sports Models will also be judged on their ability to display their own unique character\, style and self-confidence. Male Sports Models will be expected to show off their physical attributes that project a fit and healthy lifestyle. A lean\, well-proportioned\, toned and athletic looking body is the look that is wanted. Judges also look for overall physique shape\, conditioning\, balance\, muscle definition and quality of individual and collective muscle groups which cannot be excessively muscular and should be free from deep muscle separation and/or striations. The best overall symmetry combined with being photogenic and marketable will always be judged better than the more muscular and/or overly defined figure that looks like a men’s bodybuilding competitor. \n\n\n\n\n\n—————————————- \nMen’s Bermuda (Beach) Model\nThe Bermuda / Beach Model athlete is judged similar to the male bodybuilder with the focus only on the upper body. The athlete in this category will have a good level of deep muscle separation and/or striations and vascularity but not as extreme as those found in Men’s Bodybuilding athletes. The athlete will have a higher level of muscularity compared to the Sports Model but not more than a bodybuilder. The physique remains lean and athletic with wide shoulders that taper down to a narrow waist and hips. When assessing a Bermuda / Beach Model physique\, a Judge should follow a routine procedure\, which will allow a comprehensive assessment of the physique as a whole. During the anatomical stands the Judge should first look at the primary muscle group being displayed\, the Judge should then survey the whole physique\, starting from the head\, and looking at every part of the physique in a downward sequence beginning with general impressions and looking for muscular bulk balance development\, muscular density and definition. The downward survey should take in the head\, neck\, shoulders\, chest\, all of the arms muscles\, front of the trunk for pectorals\, pec-delt tie-in\, abdominals\, waist thighs\, legs\, calves and feet. The same procedure for back stands will also take in the upper and lower trapezius\, teres\, infraspinatus and erector spinae. The lower body including the legs should be balance and proportioned with the upper body. A detailed assessment of the various muscle groups should be made during the comparisons\, at which time it helps the judge to compare muscle shape\, density\, and definition while still bearing in mind the competitor’s overall balanced development. Bermuda / Beach Models athletes will also be judged on their masculine style\, marketability and stage presence. The athletes will need to demonstrate their ability to display their own personality\, style and self-confidence. \n\n\n\n\n\n———————————————- \nMen’s Classique Bodybuilding / Men’s Bodybuilding\nWhen assessing a bodybuilder’s physique\, a Judge is to follow a routine procedure which will allow a comprehensive assessment of the physique as a whole.
